Venue Hire

Mordialloc Neighbourhood House is available for business meetings, conferences, social gatherings and programs, along with services and programs from local agencies. Facilities include a computer room, internet access, kitchen and a range of meeting rooms which can cater for 5 to 25 people and many other occasions. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.

The meeting rooms can be booked on an hourly basis or by regular arrangement. Times and availability are negotiable. Please make an appointment to visit the House should you wish to view any of the rooms.

Please note we do not hire out for birthday parties.

Hire rates

Corporate and Community rates apply starting from $25 per hour +GST.

A Venue Hire Agreement and Terms and Conditions forms are to be completed before a booking can be confirmed.

Public Liability Insurance

Hirer’s are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance and provide a certificate of currency at the time of booking.

The Mordialloc Neighbourhood House shall not be liable for damage to and loss of equipment belonging to users whilst in use or left behind at the House.

IT Room

Keys

The Mordialloc Neighbourhood House has a key code entry system. A code to access the House will be provided on confirmation of your booking.

Parking

Limited on-site parking available on Main Street and at the rear of the building. Parking restrictions apply around the House.

Cleaning

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the House and rooms are left in a clean and tidy state as per the Conditions of Hire Agreement. Additional charges may apply where the cleaning is not completed satisfactorily.
